     The governor general is the head of the Canadian Heraldic Authority, which is the federal service responsible for creating heraldic emblems: arms, flags and badges. In the HERALDRY section, on « The Governor General of Canada » website, discover the  Public Register of Arms, Flags and Badges of Canada who contains the heraldic emblems that have been granted, registered, approved or confirmed since the establishment of the Canadian Heraldic Authority on June 4, 1988.

The genealogy is an adventure filled of unforeseen which will transport you the known one towards the unknown. The principal goal is to create a database while going up to its ancestor. All information relevant concerning our ancestors can be taken into account to help us in our research in order to reach a true genealogical depth of our ascent. It is important always to check its information starting from notarial acts or different to confirm our ascent.

What is the paleography
     It is the science of deciphering, reading and interpretation of the ancient writings. Like writing changes at the same rhythm as evolution of our language, some old texts of two, three hundred years and more can appear difficult to us to read compared to today. There is courses of paleography offered by certain genealogical societies to cure this problem.
